Indian Institute of Management Calcutta invites applications for the following posts:

General Manager (Organisation Development & Administration)
Pay Scale: Rs.1,05,000/ per month (approx).
Age: Min 45 years & Max 55 years
Qualification:
B.Tech / MBA / Post Graduate from a reputed institution with relevant experience of 20 years. Academics with Ph.D and relevant experience in senior management rank in government / educational institution / industry may also apply.
Job Duties:
The General Manager (Organization Development & Administration) would be at the level of Full Professor and would be primarily responsible for providing leadership to the administrative departments. Would be responsible for development of human resources, improvement of motivational climate, development of appropriate systems and procedures, use of modern technology and nurturing high performance and overall responsibility for planning and development of physical infrastructure and campus beautification, IT & telecom services. General Manager (OD & A) will report to the Director of the Institute.

Chief Administrative Officer
Pay Scale: Rs. 37,400-67,000 plus Grade Pay of Rs.8,900/-
Age: Min 40 years & Max 50 years
Qualification:
Post Graduate Degree, preferably with professional degree/diploma in management/secretary ship/accountancy/law. At least 10 years’ experience in senior managerial/administrative rank in government/ educational institution of standing/industry.
Job Duties:
The Chief Administrative Officer of the Institute will be in charge of the Institute’s day-to-day administrative activities. He/She would be required to stay in the Institute’s campus at Joka. He would report to General Manager (Organization Development & Administration) and the Director.
