DGM (Civil) Design
Pay Scale: 36,600-3%-62,000
Age: Max 50 years
Qualification:
B.E(Civil) 20 Years minimum experience in the field of Design in all types of foundation including Pile foundation, substructure and super structure including building, earthen embankment and industrial steel structures and also in design of enabling works i.e. staging and form works both in timber and steel for construction of heavy R.C.C. Structures. Candidate should possess sound knowledge of using latest version of software like STAAD Programme, Auto CAD etc.

Manager (HR)
Pay Scale: 29,100-3%-54,500
Age: Max 40 years
Qualification:
Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management/Labour Welfare/Social Welfare from a recognized University / Institution. Specialization in Industrial Relations with Degree in Law to be considered as essential qualification. At least 10 years post qualification experience out of which 5 years in Senior position in an Industrial Organization having primarily construction and manufacturing activities. The right candidate for the post must have actively participated in Arbitration & Adjudication proceedings on various issues concerning the Industry with his corporate legal back-ground in his present/past assignment. Also adequate experience in handling independently Personnel and Industrial Relations matter. Should have thorough knowledge of Employment and Personnel Policies. Labour Laws and must have a sound knowledge of Manpower Planning. Selection, Recruitment, Placement, Management Development and Training. Additional Knowledge regarding training and development in regard to TQM is necessary.. Knowledge of Bengali and Hindi essential. Applicants from Public Sectors or Govt. must have worked at least for 3(Three) years.

Manager (Accounts / Finance)
Pay Scale: 29100-3%-54500/-
Age: Max 40 years
Qualification:
Passed Final Examination conducted by ICAI (Chartered Accountant) / I.C.W.A.I (Cost Accountant). Applicants must have minimum working experience of 10 years (post qualification) in Accounts/Financial Matters with experience of working in ERP environment in leading Manufacturing/Construction Company

Jr. Officer
Pay Scale: 12,600-3%-32,500
Age: Max 30 Years
Qualification:
Graduation in Science/Commerce and must possess requisite qualification for implementation of ERP and/or for Insurance field Degree of Insurance matter conducted by Govt. of India. Applicants must have minimum working experience of 5 years in ERP implementation and/or Power Point Presentation including Tender Compilation in renowned Manufacturing/ Construction Company and/or similarly mention of experience of Insurance field is required. The names of such industries with details of job assignment position salary etc. as given at application format have to be filled otherwise such Application will be summarily rejected.

Telephone Operator Cumm Receptionist

Qualification:
