JOB DESCRIPTION :
Job Description & Responsibilities
1.Assembling & Installation.
2. Configuration of Outlook.
3.Backup & Restoration of Mails.
4. Networking & Trouble shooting.
5.Assembling Desktop Computer & Software Installation.
6. Data Recovery.
7.LAN : Microsoft LAN Installation and certification with DNS , DHCP, FTP
8. WAN : IP sub- netting , Cisco switches (2900 series ) administration with VTP Server
IP Addressing, DHCP, WINS, DNS, IIS, IPSec, IP Routing, RAS & VPN
9.Managing and Maintaining Users, Computers, Groups, Server Environment, Physical and Logical Devices.
10. Implementing, Managing, Monitoring, and Troubleshooting Hardware Devices, Drivers, Network protocols and services.
11.Troubleshooting Desktop Environment and Security.
12. Installing Windows XP, Server 2003.
13.Implementing, Managing and Maintaining IP Addressing, Name Resolution,
Network Security, Routing and Remote Access, and Maintain Network Infrastructure.
14. Implementing Managing and Maintaining Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), Domain Naming System (DNS), Windows Internet Naming Services (WINS),
15.Implement, Manage and Maintain Internet Information Services (IIS).Responsible for handling all technical issues related to broadband services and user s broadband & wireless connectivity.
16.Undertake remote connectivity to the user s machines / laptops for troubleshooting broadband issues within TAT.
17.Manage all broadband troubleshooting which relates to modems and routers installed at user s location including configuring routers, modems, doing line test and fixing faults, if any?
18.Handle configuration of routers related to their connectivity and firmware upgradation.
19. Manage customer service operations for rendering and achieved quality services.
20.Resolve customer complaints on technical issues on time.
21. Provide value added customer services by attending to customer queries and issues.
22.Level 1/2 Troubleshooting for LAN, Wireless Networks, and Windows based laptops and Desktops.
23. Installation and UN installation of the Software, printer, drivers etc.
24.Troubleshooting through remote takeover of User`s desktop/laptop.
25. Routing of mis routed tickets to correct queue.
26.Providing technical support on platforms like Windows XP, VISTA, 7. Installing, repairing and restoring operating systems in different situations.
27. Configuring and troubleshooting peripherals such as Wireless & multifunction Printers, Routers, adapters etc and Software such as Email clients, Browsers, Anti-virus, Windows Registry etc.
28.Solving client s issues on remote sessions and over the phone.

Desired candidate profile
1.Graduate / Post Graduate freshers are also welcome to apply.
2. No Undergraduates.
3.Willing to work in US shifts / Total Night Shifts (8:30PM 5:30AM).
4.Must have Strong computer knowledge of Networking.
5. Should be Self motivator and sales oriented.
6.Experience =0 to 1 Years
