JOB DESCRIPTION :
1.Thorough knowledge of Indian Cuisine
2.Menu Planning, Food Presentation, Function Planning,Mass Cooking for functions
3.Provide direction to the Kitchen helpers, including Commis, Cooks and Stewards.
4.Re-arrange duties and rosters as necessary to ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
5.Ensure the preparation of food is hygienic and that a "clean as you go" discipline is adhered to.
6.Ensure company and statutory hygiene standards are maintained.
7.Report any faults or defects to management, paying particular attention to any safety or health hazard.
8.Ensure his section is being kept clean and tidy at all times.
9.Perform related duties and special projects as assigned by management.
