Vodafone Jobs – Stoke-On-Trent Call Centre – 250 Job Vacancies

Vodafone are currently recruiting staff for their multi-million pound, state-of-the-art call centre in Etruria Valley, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire.

In all, around 250 job vacancies are being created although this is at the expense of call centres elsewhere in the UK which are closing down. Etruria Park currently employs around 900 workers.

Vodafone say that they are not insisting on previous call centre experience for the £14,000 p.a. call customer service adviser jobs although they are requiring people who are ‘customer-focussed’ and who ‘go the extra mile’. They are also recruiting for £18,000 p.a. team leader jobs.

There has already been an open day but the good news is that the recruitment period has not yet expired so, if you are interested, it is not too late to submit an application. Don’t forget to take into account what Vodafone are looking for, though. Full training will be provided.
