JOB DESCRIPTION :
1.Specialist in pastry and confectionary work
2.Complete knowledge of various types of cakes and pastries
3.Good knowdge of chocolate desserts,different types of icing based cakes and pastries
4.Sugar confectionary
5.Good knowdge of various types of mousses, cheese cakes etc.
6.Menu planning knowldge for dessert selection
7.Responsible for entire bakery and pastry section
8.Team Management
9.Good communication skills
10.Responsible for costing, budgetting , indenting , planning and managing the entire section
