Responsibilities

• Define and prepare project plans.
• Execute and monitor projects
• Ensure adherence to delivery schedules & quality processes
• Define project team organization, allocate and monitor tasks to team members
• Perform Technical reviews
• Interacting with overseas clients.

Work Experience Requirements

• 5+ years experience in reputed software companies
• Estimate effort and evaluate high level design and architecture
• Strong foundation in Design/Analysis concepts & exposure to quality processes
• Proven project lead expertise & excellent communication skills
• Experience in client interaction.
• Experience in Java / Microsoft / Open Systems environments.

Skills/Personal Requirements

• Excellent written and Oral communication skills in English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills .
