JOB DESCRIPTION :
1.Specialization in Indian Cuisine:Mughlai, Hyderabadi, Kashmiri, Tandoor, Gravy and Indian Desserts
2.Well versed with operation of Indian Restaurants
3.Menu Planning, Innovative, Presentation
4.Communicate politely and display courtesy to guests and internal customers.
5.Provide direction to the Kitchen helpers, including Chef de Parties, Commis, Cooks, Kitchen Attendants and Stewards.
6.Communicate to his/her superior any difficulties, guest or internal customer comment and other relevant information.
7.Establish and maintain effective employee working relationships.
8.Attend and participate in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled.
9.Handling entire kitchen operation and banquet operation
10. Staff Training and motivation, Team Management
