Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Conceptualizing and managing implementation of overall design and content for public health product brochures, packaging, posters, banners, advertisements, annual calendars, etc
2. Churning out user-friendly training materials in association with the product and subject experts, including product training manuals and video presentations for sales people and product training material for users
3. Preparing standard PowerPoint presentation templates and slides on the company and products
4. Planning and managing VF’s visual presence at important events, including but not limited to booth design and messaging, Scouting for global/ local booth set-up agencies and coordinating with them in order to ensure proper and timely implementation.
5. Conceptualizing and managing the production of product-related videos and photo shoots. Video production involves preparing the script and managing the overall development of the videos. Photo shoot management involves identifying the need, location, situation and target audience for the shoot as well as managing the database of the photos.
6. Sourcing corporate gifts, freebies, etc for global and local use. Occasionally also catering to the demands for retail promotional material
7. Ensuring that all product brochures in all (4) languages are up-to-date (in terms of product info, logos and office addresses) and that all offices have the updated copies in soft (PDF) and hard form
8. Ensuring harmonious usage of brand names, logos, images through internal guidelines and monitoring on periodic basis. Occasional monitoring of retail branding as well.
Marketing Communication:
* Adept at overseeing the complete TV Commercial on-Air, newspaper & magazines advertisement and outdoor Advertising.
* Coordinating with advertising agencies for development of appropriate communications plans and strategies for generating product awareness and optimum visibility.
* Designing & implementing marketing plans for augmenting the business volume by enhancing brand visibility & recall.
* Promoting the products before the launch, including TVC production and the product POP for dealers comprising catalogues, posters, sales guide, product guide, backdrops and continues.
* Overseeing dissemination of business related information to internal departments/ agencies/ business associates, etc.
