Preparation of Process design criteria

Development & Drafting of PFD and PIDs

Mass Balance and Heat Balance Calculations

sizing & Plant Hydraulic calculations

Preparation of PDS / DS of bought out and fabricated equipment

Preparation of Specifications for Systems

Preparation of Line & Valve lists

Preparation of Line & Valve lists

Preparation of Plant Operation & Maintenance Manuals.

HAZOP studies

Vendor enquiry issuance & quotation review

Testing & Commissioning of plants & field engineering

Study and trouble shooting of plants

Coordinate with other discipline engineers to ensure completeness of the engineering work including plant layouts & 3D models.
