The Candidate should possess the below mentioned

a) D.C.E. with reputed Institution

after SSLC only.B.E. Preferred with an Experience of 2 – 3 years.

b) Proficiency in AUTOCAD

c) Updation of AUTOCAD as on date.

d) Sound technical knowledge.

e) Worked in office only no requirement of site experience.



Work Profile:

* Able to study the civil Architectural & Structural drawings with good Knowledge in calculations of areas like common areas, plinth areas, and built-up areas. Etc.,

* Should know about the common area loading etc.,

* Should be able to prepare the area statements for different buildings. Knowledge in laisoning of residential and commercial buildings. Able to do any changes related to Architectural drawings given by Architect. Able to prepare floor plans for liaisoning and other concerned department and

co-ordinate.

*Added advantage if he has worked with Constructions Companies.
