Job Description


For the Post of TL:

· Responsible for delivery of services

· Report to the Customer Service Manager.

· Resolve customer queries and issues.

· Ensure quality of services delivered.

· Escalate customer issues for quick resolution.

· Execute activities to meet the service period SLAs



Desirable - MBA(Preferred) with 3 -4 yrs exp in retail service delivery / banking operations,atleast 1 yr as a lead
