Job Description:

•Development of sales tools for Indian local market conditions as per the customer characteristics, and sales practices,

•Designs to be effectively promote sales activities/ Sales Kits, including but not limited to, sales brochures, Brochure, sales pitch, handling objections, industry reports, etc

•Collaborative team of internal and external support (copy, design, data analysis, etc.) quickly and effectively to complete the development of sales tools for use by front-line sales and in the understanding of this process continue to collect feedback from the local sales team, to optimize and improve ongoing.

•Sales training program planning, training, data preparation and support of local sales training: with the company's best practices in various sales, develop sales materials for Indian Suppliers, and training courses; and Indian local sales team to implement the planning and design of training programs and effective implementation of the completion time of need to participate in providing sales training to help improve the mentality of the local sales team to improve sales skills and sales performance

•Planning and implementation of promotional activities: Lead the planning, organizing more complex kinds of promotional projects, the successful project implementation and monitoring process, and achieve better sales results, and timely feedback on project results and analysis
