JOB DESCRIPTION :
General Accounting
Handling of Day to Day General Entries - Account Receivable, Payment Part and Day to Day General Accounting Vouching.
Preparation of Bank Reconciliation (BRS), Client & Vendor Reconciliation as per requirement of accounts with book of accounts on weekly & monthly Basis.
Performing accounts payable functions for day to day administrative expenses.
Managed vendor accounts and making payment schedule for generating weekly
on demand cheques.
Controlling & managing entire Tds Function such as Filling of E-TDS return, monthly Tds-challan deposit, weekly update of Tds software & Monthly Tds Reconciliation with Books of accounts.
Preparing the detail of service tax on Monthly Basis, Monthly Tds-challan deposit & filling of service tax return on half yearly basis.
Handling salary process & Imprest A/c.
