Marketing Analyst to support Marketing function for AII division within Compressor Technique.


Job description

Marketing Analyst will be responsible for following functions, but not limited to;

A. MIS Support : Generate & Create Back up data in the prescribed formats for Marketing
Function for the business analysis, like ;

1.Territory Management - Support the Marketing and sales organization by setting up and
maintain standard methods for detailed mapping of all (existing and potential) customers.
2. Market segment analysis as per divisional guidelines.
3. Compressor population mapping Quarterly update for AC Brand and competition.
4. Market share analysis Coordinate with Marketing Managers & BLM on quarterly analysis
for value and qty development.
5. Price realization analysis - To set system for monitoring periodically the actual price
realization Division wise and Region wise.
6. Database management - To initiate development of systems (including computer systems)
for various marketing initiatives.
7. Scorecard Develop and maintain divisional / Regional scorecards
8. Coordinate e commerce projects as per divisional requirement.

B. Coordination with Regions

1. Invoicing: Stock Analysis, Documentation follow up
2. Coordinate BPCS order analysis: OOH, Regulation of Order book
3. Specific follow up on flagged Orders

C. Coordination with Flow team ( PC) :

1. Feedback / status updation on Order delivery dates
2. Preparation of Weekly priority list with Marketing team & follow up with Flow team

D. Coordination with Logistics team ( PC) :

1. Ware house transfer, Stock analysis.

E. Indent Orders:

1. Booking in DC 2000
2. LC Follow up : Feed back & status updation to Regions, Original Documents follow up
3. OOH , OR & OI data compilation

Experience requirements

You should have minimum 5 year experience in marketing support function.
You should also have exposure to ERP system, Lotus notes databases, advanced excel, power point etc.

Knowledge

Good business knowledge and market understanding.
Should have exposure to marketing and
sales functions.

Educational requirements

University Degree/ Diploma


Personality requirements

You should be methodical in working.
Good communication skills and ability to understand
market.
Must be able to build a good co-ordination with Marketing and Regional team.
Person
with positive attitude.
