JOB DESCRIPTION :
Very good interpersonal skills and good communication to work with operations teams and also interface with clients as and when required.
Good customer interaction and result oriented
Minimum 6 Month to 1 year BCM / BCP experience
Knowledge of Risk management and Incident Response
Able to deliver BCM solutions
Developing and maintaing of Crisis management plans across locations
To Create organisation wide BCP policies
Conduct Business Impact Analysis and Risk Assessment to review all processess BCP plans and provide BCP solutions
To Review all BC plans across locations and businesses
To Create awareness on BCP across the organisation
To co-ordinate and Manage critical incidents across locations
Comfortable in working in rotational shifts.
Good in analyzing root cause and providing the resolution.
Candidate with prior experience in handeling multiple location BCP will be an added advantage
