Job Description / Function:
1. Data Analysis of a complex product database in real-time.
2. Maintenance of client portals with pre defined business rules/guidelines
3. Query handling for all analysts
4. Conducting training for analysts on process activities
5. Auditing of work done by analysts & pulling of daily reports

1. Expert Knowledge of MS Excel
2. Excellent Communication
3. Good analytical and problem solving skills
4. Good written and verbal communication
5. Intermediate knowledge of computers and electronics
6. Should be able to perform duties of a Team lead
7. Should be able to co-ordinate independently with clients
8. Willing to work in night shifts
