JOB DESCRIPTION :
* Conducting promotional activities like seminars & presentations.
* Identifying potential Sub-Brokers based on agreed profiles
& ensured recruitment in accordance with the business plan.
* Handling and maintaining existing relationship of Franchisees/Sub-Brokers
* Ensuring continuously review performance of Sub-brokers & to improve their productivity on an on going basis by doing value addition to their work
* Providing leadership & managing the Sub-brokers team and hence ensured retention.
* Identifying training & development needs & providing training to fill in the gaps for better performance of the Sub broker & team.
