Operating Systems Used: Windows2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Linux, MS DOS.
Practiced Graphics Tools: Adobe Photoshop, any video editing software
Candidate Profile:
Candidate must have a Technical Degree from a reputed university.
Good Analytical & Technical Skills, Strong Inter-Personal Skills, Multi-Tasking ability, strong attention to detail.
Should be a Social Media Evangelist with the latest information and updates of social media websites, blogs, podcasts , RSS readers , wikis , presence applications and social networks.
Should have excellent written skills including unique content creation, syndication, editing and authorship
Should be aware of IP masking and Data encryption techniques.
Designing skills, including banners, images etc using various designing and editing softwares like Photoshop, illustrator, image editing etc will be an advantage.
Strong ability to give attention to detail. prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
Excelent written and spoken Communication Skills is desirable.

Monitoring the webspace for any opportunity of a positive publicity or a chance to answer people s queries on financial instruments and divert the communication to our services.
Continuously monitoring online public relations and ensuring the success of our Online presence. Effectively driving brand awareness, Engagement and traffic to social media pages
Capability to understand the various forum structures, and should be able to attract and retain people and build up the conversation towards general financial topics and highlighting our company services along with it.
Integrating all social media campaigns through synergistic outreach across twitter , Facebook and
the Client`s blog as well as across other website channels. Placing comments on social content Web sites such as Digg , StumbleUpon etc.
Help optimize our video content on YouTube and other content sites, and help connect them to other channels to achieve maximum effect.
Placing comments and postings in blogs and articles. Participating in forum topics to build up Back links to our web pages.
Managing and tracking link building campaigns, and coordinate these with all the other facets of our
company.
Making sure that XTB is properly filed in all fx directories, and with correct information.
Ensuring that all the complaints and bad comments on forums, blogs, etc. are answered properly, and good comments highlighted.
Entering a series of Q&A about markets and forex in the Indian section of yahoo answers and other similar channels.
Keep a look out on competitors comments and negate the effect of those on our company and services.
Creating good relationships and if required paying opinion leaders of the fx community to write positively about xtb
Creating and monitoring benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs and campaigns and reporting on their effectiveness.
