Job Description

Duties

- Generation of a complex test environment for Web-Gateways.

- Manage technical activities and work assignments.

- Manage functional as well as non-functional QA activities in co-ordination with teams from other continents.

- Development of automated tests

- Quality assurance for new functionalities

- Running of tests and evaluation of results
Desired Profile

Qualifications



- B.E/M.E in Computer Science & Engineering

- Experience in software test and analysis of technical problems

- Programming knowledge (object oriented)

- Familiarity with main Internet protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP, SMTP, SSL)

- Knowledge of Linux, Windows and Solaris operating system Prior experience in developing security/networking products/tools is important.

- Prior experience in testing security/networking products is a must.

- Dedication to explore the system under stress/performance test

- Understanding of the implications of changes

- Good communication skills for cooperation with other departments and strategic partners

- Good verbal and written communication in English

- Experience in automated testing

- Exposure to one of the scripting languages such as python or ruby etc.
