JOB DESCRIPTION :
Job Title: AC Technician

Qualification : Diploma / Territorial Certificates

Experience : Candidate should have minimum 2-5 years work experience in AC Technician. Installation of all types of AC including window, split, fresh air, exhaust fans, packages and chiller units. Repairs to all types of AC units mentioned above including cold stores. Maintaining all types of AC units. Technical knowledge of all types of AC units including parts and accessories. Trouble shooting, analyzing complains, problems and addressing them effectively (AC cold, AC hot, MC Icing, water leak, burning, bad smell,etc.) Preventive maintenance, from scheduling to managing schedules. Water chiller systems and water quality testing and FCU. Air balancing. General Maintenance tools. Knowledge in calculating cooling load. Reading AC drawings. Knowledge and experience in CARRER brand chillers, AC is a prerequisite. Fire alarm systems and how to deal with it. Building management system (BMS). Electrical works. Operation room testing and validation. Plumbing work. IT skills. Fluency in English. Leadership skills. Strong and good physical fitness. Age between 25 40
