Brief JD:
Both the solutions are SAAS based and are using JAVA/J2EE architecture with JBOSS as application server, mysql as database and apache server as webserver and load balancer. JAVA/J2EE experience is a must and familiarity with jboss, mysql and apache is a huge plus.
