Job Title: Corporate Account Manager

Department: Corporate Salary

Reporting Relationship: Key Account Manager

Job Role:

Responsible achieving the desired sales figures challenging and customer driven environment in Corporate Deal

Ensuring strict adherence to service and quality benchmarks, and world class service experience for customers in Corporate Deal

Liaison with Internal Departments across all Groups to penetrate in to Group Companies / Clients thru Relationship Management.

Should ensure Corporate account profitability by marinating salary upload percentage above 85% at all times.

20K > average salary should be the focus target.

Drive Productivity and Sales Efficiencies through Analysis and Championing LAM module.

Will be Responsible for meeting SOP Targets both for self and for team members.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Skills/Knowledge prerequisites:

Strong Acumen and Aggression for Corporate Sales with High Quality Service Focus.

Should be Self Starter / High on Energy .

Sales Focus in driving volume target & CV

Good Communication and Analytical Skills.

Candidate Should be Confident / Aggressive & Team Player.

Passion for Corporate / Out-Door Selling.

To Adhere KYC / Quality and Audit laid down norms as per company policy.

Educational Qualifications:

MBA

Experience Profile

At least 2 - 3 years experience in Corporate / Major Accts Sales.

Personality Traits

Develops accurate objective assessments of issues even in complex or difficult situations.

Anticipates, understands and addresses the changing needs of customers.

An immense interest in developing relationship with the customers

A deep liking to know people and develop relationship with them
