JOB DESCRIPTION :
Should have experience and exposure on the dialer & ACD side on systems like Genesis, Aspect, Concerto, Strata soft, Nortel, Avaya.
Should have experience in CRM development & deployment using SDK on the DOT NET platform.
Should have experience in IVR development and Database integration.
Should have understanding on day to day BAU reports from CRM & productivity measuring MIS.
Should have exposure with client coordination and requirement understanding for new CRM & business requirements
