JOB DESCRIPTION :
Mission:To ensure identification and implementation of Process improvements activities and also ensure tools/techniques required for variation in product range.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-
1To interact with all internal customers and identify improvement areas. To carry out time and motion study of all activities
2To identify the activites and propose the CAPEX approval to the management
3To carry out Six Sigma Projects at unit level and co-ordinate with country team
4To carry out Industrial Engineering activities and bring culture of improvement at workplace with focus on APS
5Responsible for coordinating and exuection of new projects in association with the internal/external stake holders
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:-
1Continual Improvements
2Process improvements - Lead time reduction / quality improvements
Education Level- Industrial Engineer/ Electrical or Mechanical Engineer, 2-4 years experience in IE.
