Roles and Responsibility:
Role1. Strategic Sourcing
Responsibility1. Identify and develop new capable suppliers to ensure on time and right first time development of components till PPAP approval.(For following commodities 1. Plastics 2. Rubber)
Measure of Performance: Availability of Capable supplier data base with free capacity, 100% OTD and RFT development of components.
2 Coordination for price rise/ reduction proposal with pricing dept
(For following commodities 1. Plastics 2. Rubber)
Measure of Performance:On time Price rise without hampering production
3Drive TVC (Cost reduction) improvement projects at suppliers end (For following commodities 1. Plastics 2. Rubber)
