JOB DESCRIPTION :
Location for posting: Anywhere in India


The sales officer will be reporting to the Area Manager and Sales Manager with primary role and duties as follow:

Identifying and developing growth opportunities at current customer base.

Increasing sales by understanding the customer systems, procedures, processes and needs, and managing these issues within the customer structure

Ensure Sales Target achievement as per business plan.

Leads & converting the leads into orders.

Leads through development of secondary channels.

To promote channel partners

Coordinate and conduct market sales promotion campaigns undertake activities for brand visibility

Liaison with end users to increase market share

To evaluate competitor activities and market trends

Desired Profile

Experience in 2/3 wheeler parts industry preferred.
-Must obtain and stay current with industry specific certifications.
-Excellent problem solving and resolution skills
-Ability to act as an effective team player
- Good verbal and written communication skills both in English and Local Languages.

-Possesses proficient PC skills.

-Must be able to demonstrate sensitivity to customers, Suppliers employees.

-Preferably experienced in 2/3 wheeler motorcycle parts

-Should be well versed with dealer development and distribution set up

-Should be able to forecast and monitor market share and sales
