JOB DESCRIPTION :
Will be responsible to manage sales of Home Loans in given region.
Responsible for over all achievement of targets for numbers and revenue in his region .
Reviewing the daily MIS to track the KPI achievements and RM performances
Recruit, train and set up the sales team
Identify opportunities in the market and make sure they are tapped
Carry out other sales activities like ( organizing loan mela , canopy activities etc)
