JOB DESCRIPTION :
-Role: To own & manage responsibility of overall Design Engineering (Includes Civil, Interiors and
Utilities) of all of Arshiya International s Infrastructure projects.


-Academic Qualification: should hold a degree in either BE, ME or M-Tech from a reputed
University/Institute. (M Tech in civil engineering will be preferred)


- Work Experience:

Should have work experience of at-least 17 -20 years

An individual having thorough experience in Civil, Designing and Engineering from the inception of
the project lifecycle

Thorough understanding of all Technical & Commercial aspects that are required in any
infrastructure project

Past experience should include working with reputed organisations and must have hands on execution
experience on large scale infrastructure projects

- Location & Reporting Official: Will be based in Arshiya Internationals Corporate Office in Mumbai.

Reporting into the SVP Corporate.

Will need to travel & operate temporarily from various project locations as per the requirement.

-Responsibilities:

o Design Engineering:

Liaisoning with Architects, Master Planner, contractors and the internal team for conceptualization
of designs and optimization at all stages of the Project(s).

Responsible for designing, validating, approving drawings, specifications, method statements, SOPs,
design parameters and detailed schedules of these designs.

To design and maintain the highest quality and excellence standards in the delivery of each of
Arshiyas Infrastructure projects

To evaluate (in coordination with Operations & Marketing) and implement engineering, architectural,
structural designs, safety service levels, equipment specifications required for the delivery of
Arshiya s infrastructure projects.



oOthers:

Responsible for Utilities, Interiors & Civil related activities of all of Arshiya International s
projects.

Create systems & processes for value engineering.

Ownership on creating and maintaining a professionally motivated team

To cooperate with any or all kinds of audits (Statutory and other) driven by the Executive
Management from time to time.

Work closely with all other functions in Arshiya to ensure seamlessness, alignment and respect
between the teams.
