JOB DESCRIPTION :
Responsible for the entire Merchant banking operations & all other related activities dealing in Money CD, CP, SLR and Non SLR securities
Liaisoning with Corporate clients, Institutions and other debt market intermediaries
Developing and managing key relationships and identify new business opportunities for merchant banking proposals
Supervision and guidance regarding Credit Analysis and assist the clients towards speedy conduction of commercial, legal and business due diligence.
Liaisons with Bank and Financial Institutions & grooming the existing relationship
Meeting the management of the companies, preparing proposal notes
Helping the team to close a deal, providing support regarding documentation and execution, providing training regarding products etc
Coordination with the execution team for deal processing and transaction execution.
Preparation and presentation of joint venture/foreign collaboration proposal and getting all necessary approvals
Dealing with SEBI, Stock Exchange and RBI for getting various statutory clearance and approvals
Performing financial analysis, creating financial models, strategic business analysis
Must be well versed with all Merchant Banking related activities i.e from drafting of Offer Documents till listing of securities
Should be fully acquainted with SEBI (ICDR) Regulations and other Securities Laws
Excellent Communication, Influencing, Presentation and Interpersonal skills
Good Decision making ability
