JOB DESCRIPTION :
The candidate will be required to work on a US based Ticketing system (Sabre, Amadeus & World Span) (Process training will be provided). It is a 24 x 7 process.
The candidate will be required to work on a US based Travel Ticketing Global distribution system.
Knowledge of Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo or any other GDS systems shall be advantageous.
Travel agency experience of ticketing or Group Desk Reservationist will be helpful.
The process requires a candidate to work in rotational pattern only. Although currently only Night shifts. The process runs on a 24 x 7 pattern.
Will be working in sync with US & Global major airlines
The candidate must be a team player & be presentable. Fluency in English is must.
