JOB DESCRIPTION :
Job description of a LI-Manager
LI Manager will handle business through min. 15-20 employees (RM, Sr RM and CM) per cluster .
Working in coordination with team to drive LI business.
Joint calls & pipeline tracking at RMs and CM s level.
Liasoning with principal for pending medicals & issuances, regular product & process training & new product trng for all.
Roll out & monitoring local initiatives in coordination with business (Centre team & local principal team)
In addition to the above, needs to take Ownership of initiatives launched by corporate office. Drive Contests launched from Corporate office in the cluster and ensure nominations for reward categories/programmes.
Developing HNI clientele through both SRM and non SRM base.
Review & share best practices followed in the region & zone within cluster.
Identify & analyze local sales issues define strategies to resolve them.
