As per our telecom, Brief JD below:

Business head/VP - For VRITI Infocom - Noida
Requirement for-
Business level ownership (P&L / Operations) of Vriti's Education B2C business unit.
Driving target-based sales through multiple mediums, primarily telesales floor.
Building / Enriching product catalog by creating exclusive / non-exclusive products with education product companies.
Driving generation of leads for the telesales floor.
Providing sales support to Vriti Knowledge Centers (vriti's exclusive sales distribution partners).


Total Work Exp of 13-15 years with strong experience in Outbound / Telemarketing Businesses, must have worked as a Business Head for Employee span of minimum 500 employees.
Complete functional experience in driving P&Ls.
Experience in Channel building, negotiations.
Should have worked in a target based environment.
Experience in education domain not mandatory, but will be a definite plus.


Experience- 16 yrs
