JOB DESCRIPTION :
Initial screening of candidates for lateral and entry level and coordinating the final round with the operations manager.
Define and implement sourcing strategies for current and future open positions.
Entirely responsible for IJP-Internal Job Postings, from issuing the IJP till the final formalities of issuing confirmation letter to the shortlisted candidates.
Salary negotiation for the short listed candidates.
Interaction with the consultants to get better solutions for the Manpower and maintaining relationships with them.
Responsible for Job Fairs and Campus Hiring and responsible for meeting the targets before the specified target date.
