JOB DESCRIPTION : Duties and Responsibilities:
Frequent and regular communication with client. Interacts with client and is adept at establishing solid working relationships at a several levels.
Always responds to and answers client questions: if answer is not known, follows up to get information to client in a timely manner
Works independently and requires little support. Proactively participates in meetings and discussions and offers advice and guidance. Identifies potential issues and risks and communicates to supervisor with suggested paths for resolution.
Determined on a project by project basis, tasks may include installation, configuration, training, business process design, testing, customization, and others as required.
Works with other resources to resolve issues as necessary.
Supports end user at the go-live phase.
May provide direction to others in at least one application or subject area.
Open for travel.
