JOB DESCRIPTION :
IPO initiative and hands-on experience in all the critical activities.
Strategy Plan for the mandatory (Pre IPO & Post IPO) grading process.
Preparation of Annual Operating Plan / Budgets, proactively track financial performance
Create Corporate / Financial MIS framework to address post IPO reporting requirements
Provide Pre-Sales corporate support for strategic bids
Implement SEBI Guidelines, Companies Act provisions, Stock Exchange Guidelines
Liaison with Stock Exchange, RoC, SEBI, Share Transfer Agents etc.
Manage work related to Incorporation of Companies.
Creation, Registration, modification, satisfaction of charges
Liaisons with Bank and Financial Institutions & grooming the existing relationship
Meeting the management of the companies, preparing proposal notes
Helping the team to close a deal, providing support regarding documentation and execution, providing training regarding products etc
Coordination with the execution team for deal processing and transaction execution.
