JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Sourcing and screening profiles for Engineering, Infrastructure, Manufacturing clients.
- Manage client correspondence and attend client meetings along with seniors.
- Conduct telephonic interviews, assess candidates through personal interviews and update feedback on the database software.
- Ensure closure of recruitment targets, consistently.
- Other functional duties, as assigned by the supervisor.
