JOB DESCRIPTION :
1.Single point of contact for allocated clients and sourcing and making sure that all open positions are closed within specified time. (Non-IT vertical)
2. Heading and driving the regional Recruitment vertical towards a profit centre unit.
3.Motivating the recruitment team to achieve and exceed the set targets.
4. Close coordination with RMs of all other regions & verticals.
5.Conduct and record a market research related to the industry and business.
6. Being up-to-date on knowledge of terms and conditions (LOI / Agreement).
7.Set goals for self and within the team which are linked to achieving more business and being target oriented.
8. Delegating job responsibilities to the team in appropriate manner and ensuring they have adequate WIP.
