JOB DESCRIPTION :
Duties and Responsibilities:-
A multitasking team player who will assist Sales team for pre-sales activity and solution design. Understand Customer requirement and workout the technical solution to fit the requirement also will be involved in Generating a Bill of material for the customer requirement. He will also get Liaison with the principal vendors for understanding their products and solutions and costings. Will be responsible for Technical Project implementation and co-ordination, Conducting trainings for the sales team, Undertaking Vendor Certifications as required by company to maintain partnership status. He has to provide pre-sales support for Networking and EC requirements in the region and co-ordinate with Pre-sales team at H.O. for any assistance required & also Should be able to design technical solutions independently in his domain of expertise.
Profile of the position
Should have good techno-commercial skills
Should have good communication skills (written and verbal)
Should be able to give technical presentations
Should have hands-on working experience on
Networking (Switches, routers, Security devices viz. Firewall
etc)Servers, Storage , Virtualization.
Total Industry experience of 5 years or more, of which at least
2 years should be in a Pre-sales role.
Should be conversant with the current products and solutions of
the following major vendors viz. Cisco, HP, IBM, EMC, Vmware, Microsoft.
Should have an Analytical and Logical approach towards problem
Solving / solution design
Should be able to work extended working hours (based on
requirement)
